Saturday, June 6th

Doors at 10:30am Registration and light vending will be available

11:00-1:00pm ZOE ~ Ultimate Drills 
Intermediate to advanced students will love these mind-bending layering drills.
We will be layering hips, torso, footwork, and arm patterns for a mind-bending
multitasking adventure. Concepts for better mind-body integration will be
utilized, as well as body organization techniques. And as usual, tons of drills!

30 minute break

1:30-3:30pm SADIE ~ Timeless Elegance: Entrance Mejance
This choreography is designed to help you deepen your technique while inspiring your creativity. We’ll refine posture, footwork, and hip work with plenty of room for your personal expression to shine through.
Ideal for intermediate to advanced dancers, with dedicated beginners encouraged to join.

Beats Antique Show 

Sunday, June 7th

11-1pm  ZOE ~ Fire In The Belly
A choreography wrapped in undulations, spirals, and diagonal extension.
A choreography to wake up the spine. Undulations, flutters, and diagonal
extensions all with the purpose of making transitions disappear. Fluid and sleek
lines mix with the circular and infinite shapes of belly dance, with dynamic
splashes along the way. Using breath and the negative space around us, we will
be chasing movement through the entire body and back again. The technique
behind Zoe’s style of undulations and interior circles will be broken down for this
workshop, as well as a vigorous warm-up to prepare for full-body expansive
movement.

1:30-3:00pm SADIE ~ Sadie's Raq'n Drum Solo
Sadie's iconic style has earned her the title "Queen of the Drum Solo". In this workshop, Sadie will break down her signature techniques and tricks to help you create stunning isolations and develop your own unique flair! We will then put it all into action with Sadie's newest drum solo choreography.

Location: Lakewood, Colorado. Free parking. Doors at 10:30am
