Reserve your spot now with a $250 deposit. Our exclusive tour is limited to 16 people. Choose from private or shared hotel. All particiapnts will be in a cabin for 2 during the cruise.
UPON REGISTRATION you will recieve a pdf detailing the entire trip with all the info you need to prepare for your travels.You will also be offered a payment plan option.
Inclusive Package Includes:
- 4 nights’ 4-star hotel in Cairo in front of the Pyramids of Giza (breakfast included and all scheduled activites and sightseeing)
- Transportation from and to the airport and all transportation for scheduled tour activities.
- Flight from Cairo to Luxor
- 5 nights' hotel in Luxor (Half board, including breakfast and dinner and all scheduled temple and tour excursions)
- 2 nights Nile Cruise Accommodations (Full board, including all meals and non-alcoholic drinks. Cabins are co sleepers. No private cabins available.)
- 3 nights’ ASWAN Nubian Hotel (Half board, including breakfast and dinner and all scheduled temple and tour excursions)
- Temple and Sightseeing entrances. All shcedule events and activites are included with the exception of any upgrades or add ons.
- All dance classes, parties, and special group events. Many exciting hours of dance classes and performances with Sadie, Vanessa and native Egyptians. Performance opportunites for our guests.
NOT Included:
- International Roundtrip Airfare to and from Egypt (arrive Cairo, depart Aswan)

Some meals are not included. You will receive a detailed list of all planned activities and inclusions in the info packet after you reserve your place.
- Tips. Egypt is a tipping culture, please consider approx $10-$20 per day to tip drivers, staff, tour guides.
- Additional excursions or upgrades. We will visit over a dozen temples and sites. You can customize your experience by adding upgrades to go inside the pyramid or the VIP package at the museum. You may also choose to add on special excursions like a hot air balloon ride.
Early Bird Tour Pricing (until November 1st, 2026):
- $4,400 USD per person for a private hotel, shared Nile cruise cabin
- $3,895 USD per person for shared hotel and shared Nile cruise cabin

REFUND policy
Due to the nature of reservations for this trip, refunds are not possible. If a situation prevents you from attending the best option will be to apply your payments toward another year. You can sell your spot to another person before flights are purchased. A partial refund might be possible depending on the time frame and circumstance, but we cannot guarantee refunds of any kind.
